MINI Shaker scrunchie – Cupcake and Donut filled crystal organza and satin

Filled with cupcake and donut sprinkles. This is a combination of our cupcake and donut shaker but in a mini size. It’s tiny but holds hair in place.

They fit all hair types(thin, curly, and thick)

This scrunchies measures 1 inches in width and 3.5 inches in diameter. Can wrap around thick hairs 2 times and up to 3 times for thin hairs.
